Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — order as little or as much as you like.
How do I pay?
EFT bank transfer. We send the details once your order is confirmed, and a payment reference to use.
What if something is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items won't show on the site. If you're after something specific, WhatsApp us — we might have it in store.
How long does delivery take?
Windhoek: same-day if ordered before 5PM. Nationwide: courier delivery, we'll confirm the timing with you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — just reply on WhatsApp before payment and we'll sort it out with you.
